Rooms are clean and enough for staying a night or two. there are enough storage options if needed. everything is convenient and calm. parking is plenty. as i only stay over in muscat to run errands, i will definitely use this place again. i like the female only fact.

Fantastic hotel, close to the airport and Grand Mosque. Plenty of free parking, superb facilities with a spa open til 2am, huge breakfast selection, great roof top pool with views over Muscat. I got a great rate on Booking.com making it real value for money. With genuinely friendly staff to round it off. I'll definitely be back.

I would better describe this as a villa. It was very spacious and provided a lot of privacy for a hijabi like myself. I can swim in the heated pool, morning or under the bright stars of the night sky. The rooms were clean and spacious. The bed was enormous. It looked exactly as shown in the pictures. The owner was wonderful and had good communication with me. There was also a worker there who we can contact directly about any needs. Would definately recommend this for those of us who usually need to cover up extra in hotel pools and cannot sunbathe in public.

One of the best stays of my traveling life so far. This hotel gets an 11 out of 10. The staff, the breakfast, the décor, the room, the location - everything was top-class. The staff greet you every day and provide great advice for tourists. I wasn't expecting a Hindi-speaking staff, but it was a pleasant surprise to know that more than half of the employees can speak Hindi and many other Indian languages. (Besides English and Arabic of course) The breakfast spread was good and there was something new every morning. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from one of the best malls in Muscat and only 10 minutes by car from the grand mosque. If you are not interested in fine dining at the mall, there are plenty of pocket-friendly restaurants near the hotel. There is a nice pool on the top with great views of the city and a nice bar(no alcohol).
