Everything was super!!They upgraded us to the best room with the best view after our request and they did it for free!The view was breathtaking!Dorotka was always helpful and kind as was Oksana,too.The breakfast was very nice!Clean, perfect room, the beds are so comfy,they have everything!Piotr kindly proposed to take us to Krakow by his car in order to avoid bus, and he was very helpfull as well!We felt like home in Panorama Premium!I recomment 100%!!!!!!

The view and very good bus service into town and to the national park. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The breakfast was a good continental breakfast. The hotel was beautiful as were the mountains around it. There is a nice deckchair area at the front and you can sit and watch the mountains and hear the sheep have a good feed! The rooms were clean and the mattress was nice. The Bathroom was spotless, no sign of any mould around the shower edges and a nice balcony. I think it should be four star. You can also hire bikes and there is a shop up the hill and turn right. All in all a great hotel in a great location. Visit the Thermal baths nearby, you wont regret it and take the cable car up to the top of the mountain https://www.chocholowskietermy.pl/en/

The hotel room is full of small details and useful things starting from adorable stylish dishes, a vase for flowers, finishing with kitchen paper towels and a little box with a variety of things for women's hygiene. That was very thoughtful, I have never seen anything like that in any other hotel! The spa works from 16:00 to 20:00 (most days), which was very handy for us. In the morning we could go skiing or explore the city, then have a nice late lunch around 14-14:30 exploring polish restaurants, and by 16-17 we would come back to the hotel. SPA was an incredible way to get warm after a cold day. We especially loved the Turkish sauna as this one had a little shower cable (?) with cold water so you can create a temperature contrast for your body. And of course we fell in love with the jacuzzi. Especially great was sitting there so close to the panoramic window and seeing the falling snow being just 1 meter away from you. After that we could have a simple dinner made on an adorable kitchenette. The closest local shops have a variety of tastes of local pierogi. Don't hesitate to try it! We ended up cooking pierogi for every dinner of our stay. This part I write mostly for the owner or the manager of the hotel as this information could probably be very useful to improve this incredible hotel: - The pillows we had felt quite thin, probably would be nice to update them or buy a thicker ones - The piano music in the jacuzzi zone was relaxing, but a little too loud. And after a while, about 20-30 minutes I felt disturbed by it and had to leave. From one point of view - it's a subtle way to make sure that no one will hold the jacuzzi for too long, but still worth mentioning. If it's not the goal - probably any other less simple and less repetitive music would fit. There is "massage music", maybe it could work. Thank you so much for the incredible experience!

Everything was perfect, the location is walking distance from all the main things in Zakopane. Chalet was very clean and had everything you need for your stay. Check-in and parking was very easy and they have a very good restaurant on the spot.

The breakfast offered an impressive variety, and the receptionist was exceptionally helpful and very attentive to us. The room was spacious, with beautiful views, and having a parking spot right next to the hotel was very convenient. The interior was warm and comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel.

It is located just 13 min by walking from the thermal. Landlady was so helpful and kind. We booked the attic, which had a great big room and a big kitchen. We were very comfortable.

This charming villa is perfectly located just 5km from the fantastic Witów Ski Centre and less than 10 minutes from the relaxing Termy Chochołówskie! It has a big enough car park. Plus, it’s right across from a “bacówka” where you can snag some delicious local goodies. There’s even a bus stop right outside—ideal whether you’re flying solo or traveling with a crew. Convenience? Check! The villa boasts a spacious kitchen and dining area with a big, inviting table that practically begs you to sit down for a hearty meal or share tales of your latest skiing adventures. My room, though snug, was the coziest little nest to retreat to after a day of carving up the slopes and indulging in the incredible local cuisine (seriously, the food is so good it might just ruin your diet forever). The decor? Top-notch. Every corner reflects a thoughtful and stylish touch, adding to the warm, welcoming vibe of the place. As for the host—what a gem! Friendly, talkative, and always ready with a joke to keep things lively. They truly know how to make you feel at home. And let’s talk value for money—it’s phenomenal! You get so much more than what you pay for, which is always a win in my book. I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re considering it, just book it already. Trust me, you’ll thank yourself later!

Super comfortable, modern and well equipped mountain hut in a superb location and with an amazing view and atmosphere.

Location was perfect. Really close to Siwa Polana.

We had an amazing stay and couldn't have asked for a better property! The lodge was exceptionally clean, stylishly furnished, and surrounded by peaceful rolling lawns and animals that gave the place a truly idyllic feel. The jacuzzi was absolute perfection! The hosts was wonderfully kind and always readily available whenever we had a question. We had a fantastic time and will definitely be returning!

Beautiful house, well equipped with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Lovely outdoor seating area. The hot tub was a real bonus after a long walk in the hills and mountains. It's tastefully decorated, the beds are comfy. It's away from the busy Zakopane too. Communication from owner Anya was really good before arrival and she was so welcoming. Her lovely cat 'Lady' was friendly. If staying in the winter I could imagine it would be quite cosy. Highly recommended location, about 20 mins outside zakopane and an easy drive.
