The breakfast was really good. Even though the hotel is quite small the breakfast buffet offered everything you can wish for. A big upside is that there is no queue to get your food. The personnel always asked if they should make you freshly made scrambled eggs.

The hotel proximity to the airport and its gym facility influenced my choice easily. People might think that the transportation to the city center must be expensive. IT is not, especially if you are not on a hurry. The food was great, and congrats to the Chef who knew how to satisfy our vegan diet expectations although the menu had little to offer for vegan people. Last but not least, the staff is excellent. Thank you for their flexibility as far as check-in is concerned. I will d finitely come back!
Really nice and spacious room and bathroom. Comfy bed and polite, helpful staff. I enjoyed the breakfast and will definitely come back when I’m flying again. It’s very close to airport , few minutes taxi drive , about 30PLN so cheap!
Very convenient location as close to the airport. We arrived late at night and the host was waiting for us outside. We stayed one night and went on with our journey after lovely breakfast. We're vegetarians and were served hand made, locally sourced produce. If you're vegan you will have to contact the host in advance so she can arrange some food for you which I'm sure won't be a problem .
We booked this hotel at the end of our visit since the Pope was arriving the morning we were due to leave Krakow and most of the roads were to be closed. Morawica is just to the west of the airport so no problems getting there. The staff were friendly and helpful. They organised taxis for us at an excellent rate. It is along the lines of a Travelodge/Premier Inn and is a motorway motel. It was pretty cheap and basic, but clean and tidy. We ate at the motorway services next door, which was quite good, but still just a services. Easy access into Krakow and ideal for our early flight the next day. Being near the end of the runway, The planes were quite noisy with the window open, but did not fly all night so not really a problem. The real downside was no aircon when it was so humid and hot. If you are happy with cheap and cheerful this is dead handy for the airport
Balice is under improvement and when finished will be superb, however, at present travellers are subjected to a bit of inconvenience - this will end! The airport is well situated for Krakow with the main trainline just a short walk away. We used the on site Hilton Hotel for a business meeting on a previous trip, a very convenient high quality hotel serving good food and with extremely comfortable beds.
Appalling, and by that I refer to facilities, the staff, the service and the food. Stay away from this truly extraordinarily poor Hotel. Stay in Krakow and take a 20 minute taxi ride for your flight.
