Hotel right by the airport 20 min walk or 5 min by car .Reasonably priced and clean . Room was small but for a few hour layover was perfect .Will stay there again

The girl at reception was so kind, so helpful God bless her. We need more people like that at the reception. Unfortunately, I don't remember her name as we were so tired so exhausted. Short stay, nice room, close to airport very happy, water battle,bed, shower toilet light all you need.

The best place if you need to get rest between flights

The position is super close to the airport and the shuttle bus is available like 24 x 7. Thanks to the lady for driving and everything. She's very sweet and helpful. We leave this comment totally because of her.

Hotel Fero Express Krakow Staff were very friendly and had a great knowledge of the area. The restaurant was great and the food was very tasty. And the garden was very relaxing to sit and enjoy snacks and drinks. Enjoyed my stay and would come back again

We stayed for one night and were truly impressed. The location is perfect – right by the A4 route near Tyniec, which was very convenient for us. Check-in after midnight was quick and hassle-free, thanks to the kind and helpful lady at the reception. While the hotel may not be the most modern, it was very comfortable and fully met our expectations. The room was spotless and the bed extremely cozy – we had a great night's sleep. There’s a large car park in front of the hotel, which was very convenient, and a peaceful green area behind the building Breakfast was a real highlight – served in a beautiful restaurant on the ground floor, with a wide selection of cold cuts, Polish cheeses, fresh bread, cereals, as well as coffee, tea, milk, and juices. We also had a delicious hot breakfast – scrambled eggs with ham in our case – absolutely tasty! The service was wonderful – friendly, professional, and welcoming. This hotel truly deserves an extra star. Highly recommended!

Everything but especially the view and staff.

It was great as a solution for accommodation next to the airport. The distance to the centre was normal by taxi and also a normal walking distance to the next shopping centre.

Very pleasant and responsive staff. Clean, cosy and stylish. The restaurant serves delicious food. Nice swimming pool, gym.

The location was excellent, and I really liked how quiet, peaceful, and relaxing the atmosphere was throughout the hotel.

The whole feel of the hotel is super nice and a bit surreal - a pretty brutal looking soviet building outside, a modern hotel inside makes a cool contrast. The fact it's literally in the middle of a forest (the trees were just a few meters from our balcony) makes it feel really secluded and cozy. There's also a really pretty castle right next to it and lots of trails for hiking plus rental bikes, which we didn't get to using this time. The room was awesome - small but very cozy and well planned, a small balcony and a really cute desk-corner. There were written instructions and the menu to the restaurant in the room and everything was thought of

Pretty room, beautiful wedding place, the restaurant has delicious kitchen, the athmosphere is lovely. Free parking, kind staff. I could use the fitness room and the wellness (which has finn sauna, infrasauna, salt cabin, and jazuzzi all with beautiful lightings) the stuff was helpful with everything.

I really liked the location. Remote but close enough to Krakow. The surrounding park was almost like a little forest. Peaceful.

I recommend this hotel. Everything was perfect. The staff was very nice, the room was very clean, the bed and the pilows were comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and had various type of food. Also they have a kitchen where you can have lunch or dinner. The burger and pizza are very delicious. Also, the hotel is very close to a commercial area with many stores.
