It’s an awesome place to stay if you are heading to the 516 bridge. I love that this hotel is actually a huge house. Plenty of common space, comfortable bed, air conditioning. The staff was helpful, even if we came quite late. The breakfast was great.

A very beautiful property high above the Douro River.Wonderful attentive staff helped us with everything we needed. Distant from serviced, but the restaurant and bar provided everything we needed. Magical views, tranquil setting. Wifi was adequate.

Incredible hotel, great rooms, ours had a nice deep bathtub and a very comfortable bed, quiet area, friendly staff - I have nothing bad to say. The breakfast was huge - fresh fruit, cereals, yoghurt, coffee, bacon, eggs, and more. Can't wait to come back and stay again for longer next time.
