The location was very close to the bus station, but still close to the town center. In the apartment, there was free coffee, tea, and chocolate. Even water,juice, and coke in the fridge. SPA in the holte, although not part of the hotel and different company, is actually great, as you can rent private sauna and whole body massage for very cheap price (2h sauna + massage around 40e). Room was basic, bathroom could use more useful things like shampoos and shower gels.
