The breakfasts are plentiful with a wide range of warm and cold foods and drinks to start the day off right :-)) The staff are willing to answer any questions and make arrangements for what guests need. Amazing location on the main pedestrianized street. The rear car park and access is a bonus even if not a driver as taxi drivers can drop you there rather than having to walk a long way round. We ate in the restaurant and the food and presentation was great. Our room was spacious and quiet. The staff are all lovely especially the wonderful receptionist who not only helped me book train tickets to Bratislava, but also printed out tickets for us.

The apartment is indeed clean and equipped with everything you need. However, I am not a legal expert, but at least from an ethical perspective, the description of the property does not properly emphasise some of the details of your booking. While I understand the owner's wish to maintain the quality of the apartment, the chosen control and surveillance mechanisms undermine comfort.
