For what you pay, this hotel is fantastic and the staff are lovely. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The rooms are lovely and we always looked forward to breakfast. Short grab ride away from the lovely Old Phuket Town where we enjoyed dinner and drinks most nights.

The property had everything we needed as 2 families on a Christmas break- including a Christmas tree! And a bike that the children loved watching me try to remember how to ride a bike on… Some lovely touches like ice and water provided, inflatables in the pool and lovely soft towels! We were disappointed (our own fault) on booking that the villa with the outdoor pool was not available but the indoor pool was wonderful. Tommy made the stay easy and straight forward, ever ready with advice.

The spacious accommodations were exceptionally clean, and the staff provided outstanding service. We also enjoyed some of the finest meals of our entire vacation.

We already came last year and without surprise it remains equal in quality. Welcome is really warm, food is good, coffee excellent and location quiet. I already highly recommended Pago Design to a good friend who should come this year.

The room were exactly like the pictures! so clean and everyday we got our towels refreshed and water too! they done a happy birthday decoration for the bed as asked (thank you) and the receptionists always said hello and the rest of the staff!

Amazing amenities. I could have spent the whole day in the pool, even though Kata Beach is only 10 minutes away. The hotel is perfectly located between two 7/11 stores, so grabbing anything you need is super easy, and you can even order your favorites from there for breakfast. The staff are incredibly kind and always eager to help, and the breakfast is excellent, served hot and exactly at the time you request. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, thoughtfully themed, and the showers are fantastic, with great water pressure and a really relaxing feel.

A very friendly guy called Thin had welcomed me on the arrival day. We had shared our what's up accounts with each other. I also appreciated that he replied and assisted us very quickly whenever we had questions. Moreover, I received lots of help from the host (her name is Seven). She was very kind and supportive till the day I left for the airport. She helped me a lot with renting a car without a deposit and transferring to the Villa/Airport. Shopping, Gasoline stations, etc.

New, clean, perfectly equipped . Dishwasher, washing machine , blender and other staff for living . The location is quiet . The view from the balcony to the nice garden . Underground parking . 24 hours security .

Lovely, small boutique hotel within walking distance of the centre of Phuket Town. The rooms were beautiful and well-equipped. The staff were very friendly and helpful, providing a local map of attractions, restaurants and nightlife and even preparing a special tea in the evening. While the hotel had no kitchen of their own, they offered a variety of breakfast options from local restaurants - easily the best breakfast I had in Thailand.

Close enough to Central Chiang Mai, yet away from the noise. Complete kitchen facilities and Laundry service as well. Weather was great when we visited. We didnt even have to use the aircon in the evening. There is a Dog that lives on property, but very friendly. There is a statue of the dog as well ! We pet the statue everytime we return :)

Amazing villa with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and a private pool. The staff was so friendly and looked after us so well. The host,Tom, is an outstanding gentleman who ensures everyone is comfortable and happy. From receiving at the airport to seeung you off, he looks after every aspect. He even guides you on how to spend the day and even arranges special prices on the tour packages and taxis. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed. Highly recommended for a group or family. Mind you, the rooms are on first floor and second floor (so not for the elderly). Its a nice peaceful area in Old phuket town far (about 45 mins) from the hustle bustle of Patong. Great place for a chilled out holiday.
