I must say it exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment throughout our stay. A special thanks to Mustafa, whose exceptional service and attention to detail made our experience truly memorable. He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. This place filled my soul on so many levels. The location and hotel itself are stunningly beautiful. The rooms are well appointed and the multiple terraces offer the most spectacular views and the sunset from here should not be missed! Breakfast each morning is incredibly delicious (and plentiful!) w/a nice assortment of cheeses, breads, jams, and eggs prepared to your liking. The staff is very kind and helpful and the owner’s dog “Turçin” will steal your heart w/her sweet spirit. The only thing I didn’t like was that I had to leave. My advice: look no further, stay here! There are many beautiful places to stay but the people (and Turçin!!!) will make it one of the most memorable.

Hamad started communication with me months before and advised on balloon flights and tours, He was incredibly helpful all the way through, organising airport transfers, tours and balloon flights with ease and great humour. Breakfasts were huge in the traditional Turkish way. The other staff were incredibly friendly and willing to have a chat as we passed. The location was great and the view from the terrace stunning. Arrived late at night and was given a fruit platter - great. Fully recommend Pegasus, Ahmad and the staff.

It’s a really nice hotel, perfect decoration, clean and wonderful. Everybody is really friendly and they helped us giving really interesting information about the area, reccomendations and helping us booking activities and transfers. It is not in the old part of the town, but it gives a nice peace and relaxing situation, being the piggeon valley viewpoint so close. Definetly, totally recommended for a wonderful stay in Capadoccia!

Me and my family spent 2 nights in family suite and left completely satisfied. The hotel is great value if you're planning to visit Cappadocia and stay in Uchisar. Our stay at Karlık Cave Suite was absolutely amazing. The location is a hidden gem, it's situated near Kekliğin Castle and the starting path of Pigeon Valley, offering breathtaking views that are peaceful and away from the usual "tourist traps." It is incredibly convenient for road trip travelers, as it’s a quick and easy drive to the city center and the famous sights in Göreme. Also, there are some fantastic, authentic restaurants nearby serving delicious pottery beef at very reasonable prices. The staff were professional, warm, and went above and beyond. They assisted us with parking and luggage, and even helped us make reservation before we went to the restaurant that we searched by ourselves. What touched us the most was their help during the heavy snow. They drove our car back for us to load our super heavy luggages, and when our tires got stuck in the snow, the staff literally helped us push the car to get us on our way. Truly heartwarming hospitality! 💕👍🏻 The hotel itself is stunning. The underfloor heating in the cave room was so cozy for the winter, and the bubble bath was the perfect way to relax. To top it off, the breakfast was incredibly rich and abundant, served with a spectacular view from the restaurant. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

The decor of the rooms are extremely good, I prefer modern cave style room instead of real caves, this hotel offers traditional cave rooms and modern cave-like rooms, which is definitely a plus for me. The rooms I stayed has a jacuzzi and lots of windows to keep the room bright. The restaurant of the hotel is so good that we almost eat every meal from breakfast to dinner there, staff are friendly and always ready to help.

The room was beautifully appointed, very spacious, and the bath was large too. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating and took care of our requests as soon as possible. They spoke good English which was great for us. The breakfast was extensive, very good quality and even here they accommodated our requests. The terrace restaurant was excellent, in terms of both the sweeping views as well as the quality of the food we ordered the first night. We parked on the street just in front of the hotel without any trouble. The location was excellent… peaceful, quiet, private, perched right next to Uchisar castle, a highlight of the area, yet devoid of crowds or any tourist rush. We would recommend this to everyone unreservedly.
