Staff – from front desk to security, restaurant to laundry service – truly went above and beyond in every aspect.
The room was incredible, food at the restaurant was 5* at half the price one would pay in Kyiv, breakfast was outstanding and the location is in walking to distance to all one could/would require.
One of the few Hotels that advertised "sound proof" rooms and the really are. My room was street side with a small balcony, am quite noise sensitive – windows closed, barely a sound.

Karina the receptionist particularly went out of the way to help and support me with everything I needed during my stay. Very polite, very helpful and caring and made me feel at home.
The location is also great and the spa is decent too.

I love staying at this hotel, the staff are so polite and friendly and you always feel welcome. The biggest plus points are the restaurant and food on offer - it's just incredible! The vibe is so good here, with cool background music to make you feel relaxed. The rooms are always super clean and a good quiet night of sleep is assured. I can't wait to come back again soon.

Quite a big room with a set of robes, slippers, water and a big mirror, iron and ironing board in the closet, in the bathroom there's a set of shampoo and soap. Besides radiators there's also an air conditioner, which helped, cause it was rather cold. By request we got a kettle. Staying at the hotel gives you a 50% discount for SPA. The SPA zone is big and includes various kinds of sauna and pools with different temperatures.

Well located and well maintained Spa-hotel. Extremely helpful staff and very clean. Don't hesitate ask for help or ask any question in case if smth is missing.
The decent size room with mini-fridge, bathrobes, slippers. Easy to visit Spa zone directly from the room. Should stay again.
