The hotel facility was extremely nice and the staff was friendly and very helpful. The on-site restaurant had a nicely varied menu, and the food was excellent (no need to go out for meals here!). Getting breakfast free at the restaurant was an unexpected plus -- it was much nicer than the expected buffet breakfast, and added a lot of value to the visit. This will be my go-to hotel in San Bernardino from now on!

This hotel was the only one in the area with both the pool and jacuzzi open, that’s the main reason I stayed here. Jacuzzi could have been a little hotter though.
