Great staff and facilities. Pool area nice and newly equipped gym.

Front Desk and hotel staff were kind. My room and facilities were very clean with high attention to detail and care.

Everything! on the Sustainability focus to the personel kindess or the proximity to my office, everything was a 10 over 10!

The hotel was ideally located for Apple Park, just a short walk away. The bar was closed but we was directed to a nice British pub nearby which was very good.

Everything was beyond our expectations. Check-in was quick and smooth, and they even helped us with valet parking. The room was nice and clean, and the housekeeping lady was very responsive. The food was delicious, the snacks were high quality, and the coffee was amazing.

I have beem your customer sinse 1993 the location is excellent , the hotel is comfortable and offers a deicious full breakfast, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive

great 9 days stay, comfortable bed, spacious, quiet and clean room with a comfortable living area and kitchenette with stove, mini fridge, toaster and drip coffee machine. there is a laundry room for the exclusive use of guests: it has 2 washing machines ($2.50 for a 40 minute cycle) and 2 dryers ($1.75 for a 45 minute cycle) where I never had problems finding a place. you need coins that you can change at the reception and if you want you can also buy detergent there. there is a fairly well-stocked gym and various cross fitness equipment and underground parking. a 1 minute walk away you can find the Safeway, a bank with ATM and the area is perfect for getting around everywhere. The staff has always been very helpful and friendly, from check-in to check-out, and the cleaning staff has always been nice too. We highly recommend this place!

The hotel was great value for money. The breakfast was a standard American breakfast. Not what I was use to but still happy enough.

Excellent facility and close to everything I needed

Location and proximity to Santa Clara, San Jose, Mountain View and Cupertino is excellent - it's great value for money. The Movies and Popcorn facility is a nice evening touch. The refurbished gym does the job with a Peloton if that's your thing. Free coffee / fruit in the morning and complimentary drinks in the evening are nice touches. Reception staff are awesome and always great to see Nathan!

Service is great. Especially the front desk staff is a super wonderful person. Will visit again because of her.
