Everything about The 1857 is fabulous. Its location is great right at the river. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The bathroom with the wonderful marble shower and soaking tub was great. The layout of the room with the 2 sitting chairs was awesome. We loved everything about it. It was spotlessly clean.

Very reasonable and the staff could have not been friendlier! The rate includes a nice dinner as well as breakfast in the morning. The deal is very hard to beat.

Although we did not eat breakfast .. We did however eat one of the best Pizza's made in-house.. Ever! highly recommend it... We also gave our compliments to receptionist downstairs in reference to the comfort of the bed but everything in general. During our Coast to Coast driving adventure.... This Hotel ranked #1 out of 8 hotels we stayed in....
