Out of all of the hotels we stayed in our Finland trip we liked this one the best! Thanks to the amazing and proffesional woman admin who checked us in, i felt welcome from the very first moment! She offered upgrade to high floor room with amazing views over the river/lake and nice slippers and bathrobes! I watched the view all the time, with boats and bridges it was beautiful. Room was cozy, minibar well stocked and breakfast plenty! Location is very close to centre of town, could walk everywhere! Elevator was super fast!

The facilities are amazing, a good combination of great design and comfort. The hot tub is a great touch and the windows give the room a fantastic view. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious and abundant. Special thanks to Tobias and Rico who made the stay 10x better. They let us know when the Auroras came out and cared to come outside to explain and spend some time with us.

The hosts were very friendly and accommodating and I was able to check in and out close to the times my night train was arriving and leaving. (Easy walk from the train station)
The cabin was very clean and comfortable and I really enjoyed the view over the lake and sitting by the fire that I made in the woodstove. A heavy stone thing that you fire up for a few hours and then it radiates heat for the next 20. It was wonderful!
The sauna was also a nice bonus. Easy to use and if you don't know how to, the hosts were happy to explain things or come over to help. So very relaxing stay, and when I got tired of the view I could log on to netflix and relax some more.
Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
