Søg efter hoteller med boblebade i Durres-området

Virkelig pænt og rent. Smuk restaurant på 3. sal med mulighed for at spise morgenmad på udendørs terrasse. Lækker morgenmadsbuffet med godt udvalg.

We stayed at the hotel for one week, and although we had an overall enjoyable holiday, there were several issues that significantly affected our experience and often made us prefer spending our time away from the hotel. Unfortunately, our stay got off to a poor start. Upon arrival, an incorrect amount was entered into the payment terminal, and instead of first checking what had happened, we were blamed because we had chosen to pay in our own currency rather than Albanian Lek. This was both unprofessional and unpleasant. Choosing the cardholder’s currency instead of the local currency does not change the amount entered into the payment terminal—it only determines whether the currency conversion is handled by the payment terminal or by your card issuer. The incorrect amount was therefore unrelated to our choice of currency, yet we were treated as though we had caused the problem instead of being met with a polite and service-minded approach while the issue was investigated. During our stay, the hotel was used as a filming location for several days. Unfortunately, guests were never informed in advance, and we often felt like we were in the way at a hotel we had paid to enjoy. If a hotel chooses to host film productions, guests should be informed beforehand and the impact on their stay should be managed professionally. The pool area also failed to meet expectations. Especially during the first few days, both the pool and the surrounding area appeared poorly maintained and in need of a thorough cleaning. At a boutique hotel in this price range, we expected a much higher standard. The breakfast, on the other hand, was very good. We appreciated that it was freshly served at the table rather than offered as a buffet, which gave a more personal and exclusive experience. However, we were surprised that only one cup of coffee was included and that guests had to pay extra for a second cup.

Very nice interior and decor, with very comfortable beds and sheets. The view of the castle and Tirana in the background is stunning. Great parking facilities. The staff is very kind and service-minded.

Centralt, smukt og virkelig gode senge og puder

Der var intet ved det her ophold der var optimalt.
