From check in till we checked out, the process was seamless and amazing. Sinan was wonderful, helpful and attentive. He explained everything to us patiently and treated us so well. We got complimentary drinks as welcome which was very thoughtful Breakfast was a feast and there was variety to pick from. The bus terminal was just a few mins down the road. Our stay was amazing and we can't wait to come back. I recommend this hotel 100%

I loved the Xheko imperial hotel environment and innovative interior design and best location in the capital of Albania. Its nice staff is highly qualified with smart service solutions, and at the offering of the Albanian, Mediterranean cuisine. There is really nice bar with two parrots in the outdoor bar 2nd floor. The bar in 1st floor has a good piano and sculptures, other rooftop’s bar in the terrace or spa relaxing. Xheko hotel meeting room is just appropriate to organise work related gatherings.

The owner was incredibly helpful from the start, offering great communication and always available to assist with anything we needed. They provided us with excellent recommendations for local restaurants, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The owner also helped us with renting a car, which made exploring the city and its surroundings super easy. Everyone was friendly, and we felt really well taken care of during our stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Tirana – a perfect combination of great service and hospitality!
