The spacious apartment with a terrace and mountain views features 1 bedroom, a living room, a flat-screen TV, an equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven, and 1 bathroom with a hot tub. Towels and bed linen are provided in the apartment. The property has an outdoor dining area. It was excellent, the view from the hall beautiful, the owner very kind and helpful. The apartment was well equipped, of elegant style, new with modern design, calm and peaceful, comfortable.

For guests with children, the apartment features an indoor play area, outdoor play equipment and a baby safety gate. After a day of skiing, snorkelling or cycling, guests can relax in the garden or in the shared lounge area. We spent 3 nights there with my family. The apartment is very nice, large, with amazing view on lake+mountains. Kitchen is well equipped, beds are comfortable. The owners were also very friendly and helpful. I hope we can return soon.

Not my first stay and I was again totally delighted with the room allocated - with a balcony overlooking the lake - very peaceful and relaxing. Excellent wifi signal, nice bathroom and good TV channel choices. Good food in the restaurant and an excellent breakfast. The bed was very comfortable. An historical building and all in all, very good value. I shall therefore continue to return to the Schwan when overnighting between Vienna and Salzburg.

Location is great, not so far from the train station and close to the lakeside. My room had a balcony and was overlooking the wonderful view. Breakfast was very good. Helpful staff. Spacious and clean room and bathroom. WiFi is speedy.

The public garage under the building can be used by hotel guests for a discounted daily rate. The fact that this hotel doesn't have round-the-clock reception service was surprising, but we received clear messages in advance, thus everything went smoothly, including the automated check-in. Our double room was quite large, with two bathrooms and a lake view. The breakfast lounge was also better than expected, with a wide selection of food.
