We really like the concept of the hotel. "Social hotel", unfamiliar people sit together on one big table becoming friends instantly. I never seen such thing anywhere not a typical 4 star hotel like you see everywhere where guests are isolated in the room. This place is definitely different and an experience you might want to try.

Boasting an indoor and outdoor pool with mineral water and hydromassage jets, Hot Springs Medical and SPA is located in Banya, 5 km from Bansko. I rarely give feedback, but this was one exceptional SPA adventure. This hotel has it all - from delicious food made from local ingredients, cozy rooms and friendly staff to its crown jewel - the outdoor pool with hot thermal/spring water. The pool must have been the most satisfying part of this journey especially during winter time when the temperature of the air outside is low. That is not all - the hotel has quite big number of SPA amenities such as saunas, salt room, contrast showers, etc that make the experience even better. I will definitely come back when there is some snow outside and enjoy the surrounding nature looking from the pool.

Hotel is perfect, clean, rooms are big and comfortable.. the pool is amazing, water isn't cold and kids enjoyed it..

Waterside SPA Hotel asub Ognyanovos, 48 km kaugusel Püha Neitsi kirikust. Kohapeal on hooajaline välibassein, tasuta eraparkla, aed ja erarand. The hotel is brand new and super comfy! Beautiful and spacious studio. Very clean! The outdoor pool with warm thermal water is big. The staff was super friendly and helpful (it's rare to experience such a good service in Bulgaria). Thank you, guys, for your hospitality ❤️
