We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was simply fantastic from the moment we arrived. The staff was kind, professional and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were clean, comfortable and very well maintained, which made us feel relaxed and at home. The food deserves special mention. It was incredibly delicious and generous in portions. Every meal was fresh, tasty and prepared with real care. You could truly feel the quality. A special thank you to the owner and his wonderful wife. Their hospitality, attention to detail and warm communication with guests made our stay even more special. They genuinely care about their clients and it shows in every little detail. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return again.

Set 600 metres away from the nearest cable car and 1300 metres away from the centre of Bansko, the 4-star Grand Royale Apartment Complex & Spa offers an indoor pool, a large spa, a gym and a... Hotel was very clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had lots of variety, good food to set you up for the day. Great coffee too. Leisure facilities were excellent. Kids loved the pool in the evenings. The gym was good too. Regular shuttle bus to the gondola every morning. Storage room for skis and boots. My husband celebrated his birthday while on our holiday, and the staff left a complimentary bottle of wine for us to enjoy.

Everything - we rarely see a place so clean and a spa center so well maintained. The staff was friendly, rooms were clean as well. Overall I would definitely recommend!

It is a brand new nice boutique hotel with very nice rooms and thermal spa. Our stay was very pleasant and relaxing.

Beautiful and spacious studio. Very clean! The outdoor pool with warm thermal water is big. The staff was super friendly and helpful (it's rare to experience such a good service in Bulgaria).
