Boasting an indoor and outdoor pool with mineral water and hydromassage jets, Hot Springs Medical and SPA is located in Banya, 5 km from Bansko. I rarely give feedback, but this was one exceptional SPA adventure. This hotel has it all - from delicious food made from local ingredients, cozy rooms and friendly staff to its crown jewel - the outdoor pool with hot thermal/spring water. The pool must have been the most satisfying part of this journey especially during winter time when the temperature of the air outside is low. That is not all - the hotel has quite big number of SPA amenities such as saunas, salt room, contrast showers, etc that make the experience even better. I will definitely come back when there is some snow outside and enjoy the surrounding nature looking from the pool.

Impecabile hotel, very good quality breakfast , Rooms have modern new furniture, staff very friendly and helpful. It was a really nice stay , i would definitely return.

We had a very memorable stay, 10/10 for all staff. We will recommend our friends and would definitely come back to this hotel when we visit bansko again. Spa, room and hotel general areas are much better in person than in photos which is rare!
