Boasting an indoor and outdoor pool with mineral water and hydromassage jets, Hot Springs Medical and SPA is located in Banya, 5 km from Bansko. Not my first nor my last time here. The SPA is great, and the 15 min 90-degree sauna + the 10 min Igloo combo is my favorite! The facilities are clear and functional. Outside pool with warm water overlooking the snowy mountains is one of my favorite spots as well! The food is delicious, the staff is friendly and the bar has all you need in terms of drinks! I recommend!

Här erbjuds ljusa och eleganta rum, gratis WiFi och gratis gästparkering. the quiet room with the stream flowing at the back of the hotel was pure joy,the spa centre was great,the massages and treatments were wonderful,breakfast and dinner buffet was satisfactory but food in the dinner menu was delicious,staff was mostly friendly and attentive,the hotel is ideal for peace and relaxation in late august!!

The breakfast was varied and delicious, the room was spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly. The hotel is a minute from the main promenade.

We are family with three small kids. Which state at the hotel in the beginning of April. There were hardly any occupancy, so all the fools were ours :) there are 2 big pools and three small ones. Some hot some cold. Bulls are working from morning till 8:00 p.m. breakfast was very good. There is a plenty of parking because hotel is at the edge of the town. Overall great value for money.
