Starting from check in the lady greeted us with snacks and coffee, from the very first moment you feel welcomed. Then the lobby is very nice and cosy. The room was big and precisely heated. The tv operating system is very good. The spa is super nice although small and amenities are iperated by guests. The dinner was the cherry of the cake, amazing food and a lot of options: lamb, ribs, veal, you name it. The movie night is cool but too rough for us. It's like a garage made into an adults playground. Breakfast was very kind with many options. In my opinion too many pastries, it's too much. The lobby after dinner turns into a gathering area with many cosy seating areas they put good music and fireplaces. Very nice. Also the prices of the bar and micro market shop are very reasonable. Overall 9.9/10

Boasting an indoor and outdoor pool with mineral water and hydromassage jets, Hot Springs Medical and SPA is located in Banya, 5 km from Bansko. I loved everything!!!! You can check in there and stay without even going out of the hotel. Staff, room, facilities, very clean. Lovely location, so quiet near the forest.

Ruskovets Thermal SPA & Ski Resort is a modern mountain resort located in the peaceful town of Dobrinishte, just 6 km from Bansko – the winter capital of Bulgaria. We had an amazing stay at Ruskovets Resort. The food was excellent, every breakfast and dinner was different, always fresh, and very tasty. The room was amazing, very spacious, with a separate living room, which made our stay extremely comfortable. The service was excellent and the staff were very kind and professional. The pool area was amazing, especially for kids. They have a separate children’s pool with warm water, which was perfect and made our stay even more enjoyable as a family. The resort is very close to Bansko, just a 6–7 minute drive, making it the best choice if you want to visit Bansko but stay somewhere peaceful and comfortable. We will definitely come again and highly recommend Ruskovets Resort.

The hotel is brand new and super comfy! Beautiful and spacious studio. Very clean! The outdoor pool with warm thermal water is big. We booked this hotel for 10 nights. We were travelling from Wales in the UK to attend our daughter's wedding in Debnista. We loved our stay at The Green Park Hotel, a lovely family run hotel, staff were very friendly, although spoke little English they were extremely helpful and friendly and had a good understanding of English. The hotel was spotless and the facilities were fantastic. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend this Hotel 😍
