I had a wonderful stay at Family Hotel Malibu! The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and I have to give a special mention to the young man at the reception. He went above and beyond to make my stay better in every possible way. He truly deserves a crown for his hospitality and the positive energy he brought every day. Thank you for everything!

Beautiful interiors and pleasant scents throughout the hotel. Everything was very clean, and the staff were friendly. The food was delicious. Great location right next to a lovely city beach. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday — a perfect place for a family vacation.

We had a very nice feeling from the first step inside. The apartment has everything we could think of and even more. It was clean, the view was great, the terrace well organised, and the water pressure very good. Air conditioning is very efficient and the blinds help keep the heat out. The bed and couch are comfy. The pools are awesome even though we got there in the preseason and they were not properly cleaned. They have 3 open door jacuzzi. They have some sort of taxi to take you around the place, but it's better to walk. The price was very good.
