Very clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff, excellent quality and variety of food, an overall excellent experience! Super location with only a very short walk out of the hotel grounds to the beach. Not crowded, sheltered sea area in small "harbour" was great for small children to enjoy the sea. We will return again for sure!

Very comfortable rooms with all required facilities. There was even a hair straightener, which was quite surprising. The rooms were clean, the location is perfect - close to the Sea garden 10 min walk, there are bus stops in front of it.

Samara is a new elegant complex in the Mediterranean style, located in a picturesque place with breathtaking views of the Black Sea and the city (town) of Balchik. A fabulous hotel in a superb location with comfortable well equipped rooms, and large lovely bathrooms with a shower cubicle. The swimming pool is large and has nice loungers with big sun umbrellas to shade you. The waterfront is a short walk away down a steep hill, and there is an Aldo Supermarket down there as well as endless restaurants and small shops. The botanical gardens are within walking distance and so are sandy clean beaches. The hotel has a small restaurant, but we did not use it as we preferred others in the town and along the waterfront with more extensive menus. There is parking at the hotel and across the road from it where there is a large open site on the steep hillside. The staff were very helpful and could speak English. The sheets and pillow cases appeared to be excellent quality Egyptian cotton ones, and they were beautifully soft and comfortable. The hotel is in a quiet area away from the crowds.

And lying in bed, you only hear the noise of the sea. Perfect! Besides, the beds are comfy, everything is nice and clean. It was a perfect stay.
