Along Av Jose Ballivian, there are lots of restaurants, bank and other stores. The city also planted some greenery in the middle island along Av Jose Ballivian, its good for walk or jogging. You can also enjoy some live music performance at Plaza de Las Banderas on most mornings. That is while we were there.
