As I was there only for a night, I enjoyed the breakfast, very much. Nice, cozy and quiet place, although the Hotel is very close to the street/road.

A great plus is that there’s a commercial centre just across from the street with restaurants, shops and a a hypermarket. This was very convenient for us in the end.

Guests can enjoy mountain views while enjoying their breakfast. I most liked the staff that drive me and my husband at the center, I forgot his name, but he helped us a lot.

The check in was quick and easy. The pool area is well maintained and the staff were awesome.

You can order everything from the hotel with a fair price, it is really close to the beach so you can look at it from the pool area. The staff were very gentle and warm.

The attention to detail of all the features, the location and the restaurants and amenities the hotel had were excellent. The location on the beach with the pool is beautiful . We upgraded to the jacuzzi room, which was not much extra if you compare to hotels in Dubai where i live.

Breakfast and tea (afternoon) were really great, so delicious! "Mama" (restaurant attendant), Pedro and Felipe (reception) the greatest hosts ever. They were always available for our requests.

Guests can work out at the Bourbon Santos Convention Hotel ex Mendes Plaza’ fitness centre. Other facilities include a sauna and an outdoor swimming pool surrounded by tables and chairs. Parking is offered for a surcharge. I think it was a very complete and great service, with so many options. A very good location, close to many stores and other services, above it was far from the beach.

The Spa at Renaissance is located in the ZenZone, a floor dedicated to wellness, and offers a variety of relaxing experiences, such as reflexology, Reiki and shiatsu, as well as natural therapies including massages and beauty treatments. Room had a great view on São Paulo’s skyline, and was very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, and the breakfast room looks fantastic with all the plants. The gym is the best I’ve seen in a hotel. It is big and super well stocked with weights, machines, including some that you wouldn’t usually see in a hotel gym (stairmaster for example). It is also accessible to external users I believe, but it was never too busy when I went. The pool is great, and makes it hard to believe you are in the centre of Sao Paulo. Staff was nice upon check in and check out and spoke great English.
