Freshly made breakfast that you won't get even in Star hotels.

Karen’s breakfasts are outstanding, and she always checks in to make sure you’re comfortable and well taken care of. She’s incredibly sweet and thoughtful. We honestly can’t say enough good things about this place.

Adjacent to the Skylon Tower in the heart of Niagara Falls, this Ontario hotel boasts an indoor and an outdoor pool. Staff was great Alexandria waited on us for breakfast.friendly helpful. The bartender/waitstaff -alumna ( I may of got the name wrong) friendly , helpful enjoyable to talk with. The desk personnel were awesome , helpful enjoyable.When there was trouble with getting a pop out of a vending machine he gave me can of coke .( there is nothing like a coke). Also we needed a room change . It was done rather quickly. We always liked holiday inn express.food was good

"The resort... It was fun for the kids the staff in the water area were excellent, my daughter was scared of heights and the water slides and they were so friendly understanding and encouraging! She did end up doing all the slides but there patient's with her was so great!!
