Dominic and his colleagues, they are so professional. They take care of all the fine and every little deatils ( room decorations, stunning view, fabilous facilities , service room breakfast, and etc ...). They really tried hard to make the guest happy. I would give them 1000 out of 10. To all guests, just book with them, and you won't regret it at all. By the way, they gave me once I checked out, a nice gift to remember them forever.

The Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa enjoys a privileged and picturesque location in Interlaken, between 2 beautiful lakes at the foot of the eternally snow-capped Jungfrau. the second time i book this hotel (9 years after the first time), and the quality of the hotel is just the same, if not better, amazing hotel, worth every bit paid to stay in it, and the services ooh the services, just feels like in heaven

The Beatus Wellness & SPA Hotel in Merligen - Interlaken is located right in a large park on the shore of Lake Thun. Perfect & clean and staff are helpful

SwissHut Modern Chalet with Spa - Chalet Beunden อยู่ในบีอาเตนแบร์ก ห่างจาก Grindelwald Terminal 27 กม. The chalet is extremely neat and tidy, and such an amazing view of the valley. Me and my family had plenty of space and really enjoyed the facilities. The place is in a great location and quiet and peaceful - wish we can stay more!

Response of the owner was outstanding. In the eventuality of room heater not working, on raising the issue, he responded quickly and came to the property to provide the replacement room heater. Overall, I would highly recommend this property...

Edelweiss Lodge อยู่ในวิลเดอร์สวิล โดยอยู่ห่างจาก Grindelwald Terminal 17 กม. และห่างจากน้ำตก Giessbachfälle 22 กม. What is not to like? Edelweiss Lodge has truly been home away from home the last 3 nights. 1. the room was clean (and they emptied the bin daily and left new coffee and milk if necessary, daily) 2. the room is just big enough for a solo traveler with enough space to hang clothes and also drawers to pack it away 3. the most amazing view over the mountains 4. a 2min walk from Migros and train station and bus stop. WOW what convenience. 5. the bed is so lovely - very comfortable 6. I never had to wait for a bathroom to open up - there was always one open 7. the bathroom was kept clean at all times 8. so peaceful and quiet 9. the gardens are incredibly beautiful and well kept. I just loved sitting there in the afternoon. 10. the jacuzzi was so pleasant - absolutely loved my view, the warm water and it was very clean as well. 11. breakfast was honestly to die for - the coffee options, hot chocolate sachet, breads, cheeses, cold meat. Even the cereal was amazing. I was ready to start my day after each breakfast. 12. the staff were so nice and kind - always willing to assist with any question. 13. Central to everywhere - Interlaken, Brienz, Grindelwald, Lauterbrunnen. This was the most amazing location to stay at. Thank you Edelweiss, I will be back.

Place was awesome, loved the Spa, being naked in the SPA though was a bit of a barrier, in general we really liked it.
