The hotel itself is immaculately clean and beautifully designed, but what truly sets it apart is the breathtaking view overlooking the lake—simply stunning. While the location itself may not be the most central, the incredible view more than makes up for it. You truly feel like you're in a tranquil, scenic paradise. However, the most memorable part of my stay was the warmth and hospitality of the staff. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and comfortable. Their genuine smiles, constant attentiveness, and eagerness to help made our experience unforgettable. A standout feature was the ever-present snacks and fruits, which were promptly refilled whenever they ran out. The attention to detail and level of care was remarkable. This level of customer service is hard to come by these days, and Hotel Zeit & Traum delivered it in spades. In short, this hotel combines a fantastic view with world-class service. If you're looking for a place that feels like home, with a view that takes your breath away, and staff that treats you like family, Hotel Zeit & Traum is the place to be.

I had a wonderful stay at Schlosshotel Thun. The hotel was spotlessly clean, with beautiful views and a cozy atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally warm and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The spa area is small but charming, with everything you need to relax after a day of exploring. One of the highlights was the location — just a quick elevator ride down to the Old Town, which made getting around so easy and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Thun!

The Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa enjoys a privileged and picturesque location in Interlaken, between 2 beautiful lakes at the foot of the eternally snow-capped Jungfrau. the second time i book this hotel (9 years after the first time), and the quality of the hotel is just the same, if not better, amazing hotel, worth every bit paid to stay in it, and the services ooh the services, just feels like in heaven

Le Beatus Wellness- & SPA-Hotel vous accueille à Merligen-Interlaken, au cœur d’un grand parc sur les berges du lac de Thoune. Un véritable cocon de douceur ! Tout était absolument parfait : un accueil d’une CHALEUREUX une équipe aux petits soins, un petit-déjeuner et des repas tout simplement DELICEUX. Nous avons adoré le SPA (et les bains salés), l’espace détente réservé aux clients de l’hôtel ainsi que la demi-pension mettant en valeur d'EXCELLENTS produits. Une MERVEILLEUSE expérience … Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

L’Eden Spiez offre une vue sur la plus belle baie d'Europe et les montagnes de la Jungfrau Affichant une décoration individuelle, les 45 chambres comportent un balcon offrant une vue imprenable sur le... J'ai aimé le calme de l'hôtel, le SPA, le restaurant, le personnel très agréable. Tout ! J'ai également fait un massage très qualitatif. Je suis très heureuse d'avoir choisi cet établissement pour me ressourcer et je reviendrai.

The chalet is extremely neat and tidy, and such an amazing view of the valley. Me and my family had plenty of space and really enjoyed the facilities. The place is in a great location and quiet and peaceful - wish we can stay more!

Well organised cosy and comfortable apartment in the middle of peacefull neighborhood. Having access to the both indoor-outdoor salty pools and spa was a great opportunity. Chilling in outdoor pool during the heavy rain was an extreme experience for us. Della was very friendly. Our 9 months-old daughter even stopped being fussy whenever she came home. ☺️

Without a doubt, this accommodation comes with the most beautiful view. There is nothing I can fault here, we absolutely loved our stay.
