The ARCA Solebad Wellness & Spa in Zermatt is located near the centre, the station, the Gornergrat train and the Sunnegga-Rothorn train and features up-to date wellness facilities including an indoor... Our overall stay at Hotel Arca was amazing. The staff was very accommodating. The location of the hotel is perfect as it was really close to the train station. We had a very spacious apartment. Views from the balconies were amazing! We also really loved the heated swimming pool available for guests.

Every detail was taken care off - including refreshments, s backpack available in every room. Very good location, tastefully arranged rooms and common spaces, excellent breakfast, very nice employees.

It was impeccably maintained and spotlessly clean, with a lovely terrace that added to the charm. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at ease and comfortable. Additionally, the breakfast was a delightful buffet offering a wide variety of options to kickstart the day. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere in the breakfast room was excellent, making our mornings even more enjoyable.

The staff is really nice and communicative, we arrived late and still got a upgrade for our room. Breakfast is nice as well.

The apartment is lovely! Michel, the host was super friendly and kind and made the experience just wonderful. Made us feel very welcome!

We loved this place! Location, nature and air, breakfast, SPA with sauna, hammam, swimming pool with that breathtaking view, massage.. And everything is spotless. And the beds, pillows and blankets are so comfortable. And the place is so cozy and nice, smells so good)) It was litterally one of the best places that we have ever visited. And we travel A LOT)) The apartment has absolutely everything you need to cook, a well-equipped kitchen, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven. You can put your things in the laundry and get them back the same day. There are many restaurants around. The breakfast at the hotel is great. It is small, but there is absolutely everything you usually want to eat for breakfast. There is also an awesome playroom from which our one and a half year old daughter did not want to leave for hours. It was absolutely wonderful experience. Our flight was cancelled, we were late for a train and arrived at 9 pm instead of 3 pm. We were so tired and the host arranged free pick up service for us, we didn't even ask to. And since then we felt like home every single minute. The level of service impressed us incredibly and left us completely delighted. Every single request and wish of ours was met with a smile and a bunch of solutions and was immediately implemented. We would like to express special thanks for that to our hosts Geraldine and Melanie, you are the best!!!
