Staff was suuuper friendly and helpful, they gave us a bigger cabin than what we booked. Staff always bringing wood and making fire. Fire kept living room nice and warm, even though outside was cold. Cabin is nice, big and with plenty of natural wood. Surroundings is nice, green and between the threes. Super hot shower with plenty of water. Walking distance from city centre, around 20 mins.

The room, location, and service exceeded expectations. The staff was very attentive and accommodating. The room nicer than expected with very comfortable bed. Bonus for delicious breakfast and two adorable cats on the property.

Hotel Inti Kuyen Plaza offers accommodation in Pucón, in front of the main square and the casino. Access to Villarrica Lake is just 2 blocks away. The staff at the hotel were very friendly. It has a great location. Rooms had a lot of space.

The staff is super friendly and responsive. The food was delicious, simple but homemade breakfast. At night the food at the restaurant is amazing (congrats to the chef and the team). We took the chalet in front of the lake and could enjoy the fireplace.
