Zhangjiajie Waterfront Huajian Inn& Tianmen National Forest Park & Free pick up service has a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and restaurant in Zhangjiajie. The hotel receptionists were extremely friendly, helpful in organizing tours as part of the stay (free of charge), and welcomed us with warm hospitality. The location was great, the hotel was very clean, felt really cozy and the area was safe. Highly recommended for a cozy stay and specially if you are having trouble in organizing your trip to Zhangjiajie.

Zhangjiajie SANHE Hotel features a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, garden, a terrace and restaurant in Zhangjiajie. The staff is super helpful and patient helping us with the itinerary :) Rooms are big and clean, shower is very spacious with very nice water pressure.

Very helpful and friendly, Anthony thought of everything and made sure our stay was perfect. The rooms were very pretty and comfortable and the breakfast was simple but tasty. We really enjoyed our stay here and I highly recommend you to go to this place

This is a lovely home style family run boutique hotel With a great view of Tianmen mountain. Service was great and very nice clean rooms . We had a great home cooked dinner which I believe the father of the owner made for us. Breakfast was included and was also very good. We had a wonderful stay! Also there is the cutest dog that greets all the guests - My daughters fell in love with him.

The owners Lucas and Lily went beyond expectations and were extremely kind. Our plane was delayed and they still picked us up with no complaints. We were given a choice of room upgrades - all rooms were very well maintained, clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. It is a boutique style family run cute property and very close to the airport and Tienmen mountain. Lily helped us get ALL TICKETS and gave us an excellent plan to spend not just our time at Tienmen but also the remaining days in Zhangjiajie national park. Without her we would waste so much time figuring out how and what to do.

Välibasseini, ühise puhkeruumi ja jõevaatega South Mountain Boutique Hotel asub Zhangjiajies, 20 km kaugusel Zhangjiajie rahvuslikust metsapargist. We really liked this hotel. The room was big and comfortable. The staff was really nice. they did not speak english but had a recorder which would translate from chinese to english. There is a common washing machine so we could do laundry. They also helped us to organize our stay in the park and gave us a map with the itinerary for each day. the hotel is very close to the west entrance of the park, only 6 minutes by taxi.

We went to No5 Valley Lodge to explore the Zhangjiajie National Park, and we loved every bit of it. The lodge is in a very remote area, meaning that you're not close to shops or towns, but that's exactly what we were looking for. It's 5 minutes away from the west entrance of the park, which was perfect in our opinion because we managed to escape the crowds on most of our hikes. The lodge is beautiful and the pictures don't always do it justice, especially the view from the restaurant and swimming pool. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and very cosy. We started in one of the rooms, that was next to the swimming pool, and as the weather was getting colder (low season), the heating system had been turned on, which meant it made quite a lot of noise. We let the staff know about this and they immediately changed our rooms and upgraded us. The staff, and particularly Frankie, is very friendly and helpful. They're very organised and will provide you with pre-defined routes of visit for the park, which is great as it's quite a confusing and large park, so you just have to follow their guidance! Finally, we loved the food there, it was of really good quality, but note it's not western. Again, that's what we wanted, so we were very happy with it.

The owner went above and beyond to make our visit smooth and enjoyable – from the free pick-up at the high-speed rail station to the shuttle service to the park entrance. He even helped us pre-book our park tickets, so all we had to do was scan our passports to enter. So convenient! The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, and the simple breakfast hit the spot each morning. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat close to nature with genuine kindness and care, this is your spot. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Zhangjiajie!
