They helped us book tickets, plan out our schedules for our trips, picked us up from the airport, helped us do laundry, the list goes on and on. The hotel itself is cute and well located near the East Gate of Zhangjiajie forest park and a 5 min walk to streets with many shops and vendors. Could not recommend this place enough for visits to Zhangjiajie forest park.

We booked two rooms and stayed during April. We loved the views and the pool, the rooms were beautiful and the staff were so friendly. Proximity to the park was very handy and the staff dropped and collected us whenever we wanted. Frankie really looked after us and made sure we had everything we needed. We had great chats with the tea master and some lovely experiences with her. The walk around the rice paddies was lovely. We could have done with more time really and loved every minute.

Free airport pick-up was a huge plus - they even arranged a complimentary car to take us to the river, which was a lovely touch. Breakfast spread was excellent with plenty of choice. Staff were incredibly helpful and always had smiling faces. Perfect for a relaxing few days away. Highly recommend.

From the moment we arrived, Lucas took care of everything for us. He helped us ​​plan the perfect itinerary​​, booked our tickets to ​​Tianmen Mountain and Zhangjiajie Forest Park​​ (no queues, no hassle!), and even arranged amazing seats for the ​​cultural show​​. Thanks to him, we didn’t have to worry about a single thing—just pure enjoyment! Lucas was always ​​patient, professional, and full of great recommendations​​. He made sure we had the best experience possible, whether it was suggesting the best photo spots or arranging transport. His attention to detail and warm hospitality really stood out! Situated in Zhangjiajie, 28 km from Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, Zhangjiajie Waterfront Huajian lnn features views of the river. It was a lovely smaller style family operated hotel. The staff was super friendly and always ready to support any question we would have.

The hotel is a great base for visiting Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. It is just a 15 min walk to the Southeastern gate, and we even got a ride by the hotel staff. That enabled us to enter the park early in the morning before most of the visitors arrived. The room was very nice and stylish, the staff exceptionally friendly. David even arranged to have our bags sent back to the city on our last day so we wouldn't have to carry them to the Grand Canyon.
