Our stay at this homestay was absolutely fantastic—it was hands down the highlight of our China trip. The location was perfect: local food stalls, supermarkets, and scenic cafes were right on the doorstep, and the stunning Tianmen Mountain was just a quick taxi ride away. Everything we needed was within easy reach. A huge thanks to our wonderful host, Zhang. She was incredibly passionate and reliable, always going above and beyond to help—whether recommending delicious local eats, booking tickets for us, or clarifying all the essential details during our stay. Her exceptional hospitality truly made our travel experience unforgettable. We wholeheartedly recommend this gem to anyone visiting Zhangjiajie!

We stayed at 6 hotels during our China trip and that was the best! the attention of the staff, the cleanliness of the whole venue, free laundry, very beautiful design- we loved everything! they booked us tickets in advance, gave a cake and arranged a room to congratulate our friend's daughter who had birthday during our stay! The hotel manager helped us with everything- book massage in the town, advised a venue, called there and they even made a free pick up. The hotel is not directly in town so you have this resort feeling- especially in the morning if you go to the rooftop where the laundry is, you can hear birds singing. Afternoon tea and coffee was perfect addition after a long day. and the pillows are just wonderful!

We were super impressed with this hotel. Was approx 30min walk from East Gate passing many nice places to eat and get massages. Google maps is wrong and led us into the local housing area but we asked a lovely lady who walked us to the hotel reception where we met the 2 receptionist Xiao Song (limited english but great on translate app) and Xiao Long (great english) were very friendly and helpful. Offered to book activities, advice on didi's and general information. Bailu lu street is just up the road and has street food carts after 6pm, the oysters were our favorite. The rooms are nice and big, I found the beds comfy, separateshower, good pressure too. Wifi wasn't the greatest but it didn't matter. Free coffee at reception, breakfast included (basic yet perfect)and free use of there washing machines. Room was serviced daily. I had an issue with the didi driver adding on extra charges and they helped me dispute the charge of which it was handled professionally with customer services. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

The view and the hotel are truly exceptional, and the room is fantastic. It offers the most stunning view, which can be enjoyed either from the spa or from a comfortable chair in the room. By far the best hotel experience we’ve had in China. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful – always smiling and willing to go above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible stay. I give this place my highest recommendation.

張家界国家森林公園から29kmのZhangjiajie Su Xin Resort Near Tianmen Shan & Hehua airport-Free pick... Helpful staff. The people were so kind and helpful. We asked so many questions about different activities and getting to places and they always gave detailed information. We were given two separate rooms because there was a problem with what we booked and they let us check in very early with no hassle. Very close to Tianmen mountain Line A entrance and 72 wonder towers!

Frankie and the whole staff really went out of their way to help us plan our local activities in the national park and the restaurant makes amazing dinner and breakfast. Was also very quiet, which we appreciated after lots of time in various cities. Would absolutely stay again :)

張家界国家森林公園から14kmのPanorama Peaks Lodge-Free pickup-Sunrise-Close to the Middle Gate Ticket Office of the Zhangjiajie Foreset... The hotel is very close to the forest park, and we could enter directly by scanning our passports—so convenient lah! They also arranged complimentary airport pickup, which was a great help. Waking up for the sunrise here was amazing! The staff are all super friendly and made us feel welcome. Highly recommend for a smooth and enjoyable trip!
