Zhangjiajie SANHE Hotel features a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, garden, a terrace and restaurant in Zhangjiajie. We stayed at 6 hotels during our China trip and that was the best! the attention of the staff, the cleanliness of the whole venue, free laundry, very beautiful design- we loved everything! they booked us tickets in advance, gave a cake and arranged a room to congratulate our friend's daughter who had birthday during our stay! The hotel manager helped us with everything- book massage in the town, advised a venue, called there and they even made a free pick up. The hotel is not directly in town so you have this resort feeling- especially in the morning if you go to the rooftop where the laundry is, you can hear birds singing. Afternoon tea and coffee was perfect addition after a long day. and the pillows are just wonderful!

This is a lovely home style family run boutique hotel With a great view of Tianmen mountain. Service was great and very nice clean rooms . We had a great home cooked dinner which I believe the father of the owner made for us. Breakfast was included and was also very good. We had a wonderful stay! Also there is the cutest dog that greets all the guests - My daughters fell in love with him.

Our stay at the lodge was truly exceptional. Our host, Frankie, was outstanding in every way. He was always available and on hand to help whenever we had any questions, proving himself to be incredibly responsive and knowledgeable. Frankie went above and beyond, organizing all of our transportation for our excursions at very reasonable prices. Prior to each outing, he took the time to thoroughly explain the day's route and provided us with both written and verbal guidance. This made it incredibly easy for us to navigate the national park and day trips by ourselves. The lodge itself was absolutely stunning, featuring an amazing pool and excellent food. During our stay, there was an unavoidable local funeral with some loud music, but Frankie was so kind and considerate to proactively move us to an upgraded room further away from the noise. While we were happy with our initial room, the upgraded accommodations were simply unbelievable, and we felt incredibly fortunate. We cannot thank Frankie and the entire staff at the lodge enough for making our stay so exceptional. Frankie's exceptional hosting truly elevated our experience, and we would wholeheartedly recommend staying at this lodge to anyone visiting the area.

The decoration and design are REALLY nice. The staff is always available to help, they even had firewirks for us to enjoy the night in the patio. Great rooms. Great bed. Great staff.
