We were surprised with a welcome drink and the staff were super lovely!! All our travel and tours were organised very efficiently. Especially the Mundo Amazonico Tour is highly recommendable but you should speak Spanish. However one of us didn’t and still enjoyed the tour.

What impressed me most was how effortlessly the hotel arranged everything: activities, private guides, transfers — all handled smoothly, allowing me to relax and truly enjoy the experience. If you’re visiting Leticia or the Amazon, Burú is without a doubt the place to stay. My only regret is not being able to stay longer but I will most definitely be coming Back!
