The hotel is beautiful, very clean, well-maintained, with great attention to detail and tasteful decoration — everything exceeded my expectations. The staff are incredibly kind and genuinely pleasant, which made the whole experience even better. The bed was unbelievably comfortable — truly one of the most comfortable I’ve ever experienced. The location is fantastic: right in the center, so you can explore Cartagena easily on foot. There are plenty of great restaurants and bars around, yet the room was perfectly quiet. The value for money is excellent. If I return to Cartagena, I will definitely choose this hotel again. Highly recommend!

And in a country where most people don’t speak any English, it made life so much easier and more pleasant to chat with Anthony, whose first language is English, Our 3 nights and 2 days was just the right amount of time for Mompos. And if you’re having problems booking a Satena flight, thanks to Anthony we were able to do it on the Aventura travel site.
