We absolutely fell in love with this luxury seaside villa in Cyprus — truly the best place we have ever stayed. The architecture and interior design are stunning: modern, elegant, and perfectly thought-out down to every detail. Each bedroom includes its own en-suite bathroom, giving everyone complete comfort and privacy. The location couldn’t be more perfect — right in front of the sea with magical sunset views each evening. The heated pool was our children’s absolute favourite, and the inflatables provided endless fun for them! The Nepali housekeepers were incredibly charming and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. Chris also made us feel so welcome and cared for throughout our stay — fantastic hospitality all around. We really appreciated how peaceful the area was — no mass tourism, just the relaxing sound of the waves. Exactly what we were searching for. There are also great restaurant options nearby. Our top recommendation is Fly Again, with a wonderfully varied menu, a super friendly waitress, and an unbeatable beachfront location — the perfect spot for lunch or dinner by the sea. We can’t recommend this villa enough and we are already dreaming of coming back!

ARF Apartments - with Jacuzzi at the complex ofrece alojamiento con piscina al aire libre abierta todo el año, wifi gratis y parking privado gratis en Emba. Amazing place! Very clean, with the facilities in good condition. It shows the hosts have attention to detail, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. In the room you will find multiple useful kitchenware utensils, some complementary fruit, coffee and tea, and some switch adaptors to make your life easier. Upstairs, there's a jacuzzi to be used free of charge, and near the pool a barbecue assisted with a sink and all the basics so you don't need to buy anything but the food to cook in it (we did not use it, but it seemed nice). Even though we did not meet in person, the hosts were super friendly and responded quickly whenever we needed to make contact. Late check-in was easily arranged, and the checkout was smooth as well. If you are renting a car and wish to visit some places around, not only Paphos, this is the place to stay!

The resort was just fabulous. Beautifully designed, everything was perfect. We loved the spa and the excellent breakfast (had never seen such a great display in all my travels!). Couldn't recommend enough!

Paphos gardens studio suite, que tiene piscina al aire libre, jardín y restaurante, dispone de alojamiento en Pafos con wifi gratis y vistas al jardín. Buena experiencia! La habitación estaba muy bien con cama grande, armarios, utensilios, café, electrodomésticos y terracita ideal. Lugar tranquilo y lo mejor era tener la piscina para bañarte cuando quisieras.

We had a truly wonderful stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We had three rooms with fantastic sea views, and each one welcomed us with chilled sparkling wine and fresh fruit, a fun way to start our vacation. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and equipped with great showers. The indoor pool was lovely, and the spa staff were excellent and very professional. We will definitely be coming back!
