We've been travelling through Czech and this appartment is the best we've been. We really liked the amount of space in and around the appartment, my son liked all the sports things he could use. Communication was fast, friendly and flexibel. Jacuzzi was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay, so 100% recommend.

Great comfort, staff, food. Guy at the reception very polite and helpful. Same for the staff at the restaurant. Great. I really like the fact that I could black out the room with the outer blinds and curtains. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed.

Featuring mountain views, Chalet-Beskydy offers accommodation with balcony, around 27 km from Prosper Golf Resort Čeladná. During my recent business trip, we had the opportunity to spend a night at this delightful chalet. The owner met us on the property and we can say he had done a remarkable job renovating this property into its current form. Our chalet was spacious, clean and cozy. We had a good night sleep and we were even able to enjoy some of the facilities, such as sauna. Also, the owner recommended us restaurants with great food in the nearby village.

Well maintained building in nice surroundings. The staff were welcoming, polite and helpful. The food was just fab. Sufficient brekki with enough to choose from and thise home made Frgály were best! Great selection of drinks, very tasty dinners with a nice choice again. We loved the fact we could use the Horal hotel’s wellness facilities too - there were more saunas and thermal pools, which I’m sure would be great for kids. Since we travelled as a couple this time we really enjoyed the quieter Lanterna upon arrival, the spa area is not that huge but was at least more quiet and serene, just what we wanted. Beds were comfortable and complimentary water with little chocolates were nice little touch. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t great for long exploration outdoors but I can imagine coming back in winter for skiing or summer for wander around.

Vila Terra provides a hot spring bath and a hot tub, as well as accommodation with a kitchenette in Luhačovice. The Orient room was spacious and well equipped. The breakfast was lovely. The whole stay was pleasant as the staff were very friendly.

Really comfortable room with a very large balcony. Staff were very friendly and helpful despite me being unable to speak Czech!

Food in the restaurant is absolutely amazing - the look, taste, smell - simply brilliant! Spa&welness area is beautiful, spacious and peaceful, with many places to hide and rest. There were not many children there (the hotel is not really for chlidren and this is why we went there), not many hotels have poolbar in the welness area - awsome!

Everything was beautiful, the room, wellness, pool. The staff was super nice and helpful and the food was exceptional. We will definitely come back for longer stay.
