The staff made me feel like family, with friendly smiles, helpful advice, and genuine care. We had a seamless airport transfer to the hotel, and they welcomed us warmly. The room was clean, comfortable, and offered a wonderful view of the Pyramids. Waking up every day to that view was an incredible experience. I highly recommend this hotel.
