Incredible stay. This hotel is faultless. Madonna and her colleague gave us an upgrade, we enjoyed that jacuzzi room to the fullest. Our lunch at the pool area exceeded our expectations, quality wise but also service wise. The only downside was that we could only be there for 1 night. Great experience overall.

The room is comfortable, clean with new furniture. They organized the trip to Alexandria and Luxor in record time, as well as the much-desired balloon flight. Before leaving, we wanted to have cartouches with engraved names as a souvenir and Ahmed got them and brought them to the hotel very quickly. If we go to Egypt again, we will definitely be their guests again.
