Great location. Grand view of the pyramids. Good food. Very friendly staff, we came from east Asian and often forgot tips but the staff smile as the same. Great value too, with the cost we paid the have great service. My group have not been used to the local cuisine but surprisingly my family likes the food here the decent varieties. (Just a bit of slow when serving more people).

The staff were very friendly, and the restaurant staff on the rooftop were especially kind, preparing special meals for us and always available to meet all our needs. The rooms had comfortable beds, with some offering a view of the Pyramids. The hotel is very clean and modern. Watching the sunset behind the Pyramids from the rooftop was one of the most beautiful moments of my entire vacation. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
