Everything! Great location, beautiful building. The room was superb, the jacuzzi bath was an added bonus. Even though we seemed to be the only people in the hotel (off season), the staff were extremely attentive and friendly. Would highly recommend.

It is recently renovated and has all the best construction materials and amenities, for example it has radiant floor heating! It is a beautiful sustainable gem in the heart of Navaconcejo. We also made use of the accessibility of the ground level apartment for my great grandma that is in a wheel chair. Felisa, the owner was very attentive before, during and after our stay and very understanding with our little kids’ needs. Navaconcejo is my mom’s hometown and I come back frequently and Encantos de Jerte will be my go to spot from now on!
