I loved Hotel El Castell de Ciutat. Located on top of a hill it has great views of the city below. Lovely public rooms and a beautiful breakfast room, eating either inside or on the terrace. It also has a restaurant on site. Our room was a suite and it was spacious, bright and clean. Huge bathroom, double sinks, separate WC with bidet, walk in shower, and a bathtub with shower. The suite was big enough for a king bed and living room furniture. It also featured a large wraparound terrace with furniture. Breakfast was wonderful. All staff were friendly and helpful. They had a large room within the hotel to securely park our bicycles. This was a great stay.

Lovely location Gorgeous room. Nice common facilities especially the kitchen. And.... they let us stay with the cat! We were too tired to use much of the facilities but it looks so good that we would like to return!

The room was clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. We really enjoyed the pool and the spa, absolutely top. Breakfast was rich, varied and of excellent quality. Highly recommended!

This traditional-style mountain hotel is located in the small town of Tavascan, in the Spanish Pyrenees. Estanys Blaus is surrounded by large gardens and is located next to a river. The hotel management / staff were exceedingly king and helpful. The hotel was in a beautiful location, was very clean and had a wonderful breakfast included with the stay.
