A lovely walk/bike trail is just a 5-minute walk away, making it easy to explore the area – we brought our bikes and enjoyed a short ride to the charming old town of Dinan. However, it's worth noting that there are no grocery shops nearby, which might be an inconvenience for those without access to a vehicle.

This is a most magnificent place to stay.Sophie was a pleasure to meet ,she could just not do too much for us .The rooms we had in the tower just cannot be described in words they are the best you will find anywhere.These rooms are full of history that can be appreciated by the attention to detail in the decoration and finish.The comfort and serenity are a joy to the senses .I must mention the beds they were really the most comfortable I have ever encountered. We had "Sophie breakfasts" they were absolutely perfect and a little different each time however the locally made butter (hand churned) and yogurt (from the farm next door) + Sophie's home made jams and bread /cake cannot be bettered. We will return in the future but I think getting a booking may be difficult as there will be a lot of return guests Jerry &Maeve Sept 2024
