A 15-minute drive from Chester's historical centre, Grosvenor has a spa, a pool and a gym. Near the Welsh border, Grosvenor Pulford has free Wi-Fi, spacious rooms and beautiful grounds. We booked a standard room and were upgraded to a nicer room upon our arrival, it was a nice surprise. The bed was comfortable, we enjoyed the spa facilities (the temperature in the pool, jacuzzi and sauna/steam was perfect). Food was very good. The staff was amazing and very friendly. We recognised a reception manager from our last visit and were happy to see her, she is always so thoughtful. Also the waitress at Nelson pub was superb. Everyone was very nice! It was our second visit and we will be definitely coming back again.

This was the third stay at this wonderful hotel and spa, and once again it was an amazing, relaxing experience. The staff were incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming. Our room was spotless and beautifully maintained, which made our stay even more comfortable. The food was absolutely outstanding, just as we remembered. I have coeliac disease but the team were very knowledgeable and careful, which made dining completely stress free. We left feeling refreshed and very well cared for. We will definitely be returning again this place never disappoints!
