Second time staying here and really enjoyed it. I managed to take advantage of the sauna this time around and highly recommend! (not sure how I skipped that during last year's stay!) The beds are hands down the best I've slept in in Tbilisi after several trips to the city, which is notorious for a plenitude of Soviet-era spring torture devices passed off as mattresses. The owner really made the right choice to put proper mattresses in. And Keti who manages all the daily affairs is absolutely awesome and sweetheart of a human : )

One of the best hotels I've stayed at ever! Everything was great, starting from the extremely welcoming and helping staff. The room had all listed amenities. We stayed in an incredibly beautiful, stylish and very spacious room with a nice view of Tbilisi with attention to details, the bed was large and very comfortable, room was private. I would love to return to this hotel when I'm visiting Tbilisi.

The staff are very friendly & attentive & helpful. The hotel itself is a beautiful blend of modern luxury and Swiss precision. Our rooms were spacious and elegantly designed. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, with a wide array of fresh, high-quality options to choose from. In every aspect, from the luxurious facilities to the personal touches from the staff, our stay at Swissôtel Tbilisi was exceptional. We left feeling thoroughly cared for and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a five-star experience in the heart of the city.
