Boasting a sandy beach and swimming pool with Aegean Sea views, White Pearls - Adults only is set in Kos Town, 1 km from the centre. Free WiFi is provided throughout. Staff are all fantastic, helpful and always available when you need them. Grounds are kept exceptionally clean and are very well cured. Rooms are also kept very clean, stocked up with fresh towels, soap, drinking water and fresh fruit. We had the suite on two levels which is extremely comfortable and makes the stay enjoyable. Short drive into Kos and neighbouring villages. There is also a bus stop in front of the hotel. Pool area is very nice although we always crossed the road to the beach (rocky) where the hotel provides umbrellas and sun beds. Meals are prepared fresh, as is breakfast on order with plenty of choices to choose from.

Spotlessly clean rooms and friendly staff… Everyone was so warm and welcoming that it made us feel absolutely amazing. At first, we were unsure whether to book this hotel, but after staying here, we can confidently say that if we return to Kos Island, we will definitely stay here again. The food is also excellent – there’s no need to look for a place to eat outside. The manager is always present and hands-on (honestly, you won’t find such a dedicated manager available 24/7 at any other hotel), and the bellboys are super sweet. To be honest, we loved every single member of the staff. Huge thanks to everyone!

Everything about our stay was excellent, there wasn’t a single thing we didn’t enjoy. There are rooms with private pools which is very good for the kids. The beach is just a short walk away, with plenty of options for sunbeds. You can either rent them directly or enjoy free use at the beach clubs when you order food and drinks. The hotel’s restaurant is also reasonably priced, and the food quality is very good. We originally booked for one night due to limited availability, but we enjoyed it so much that we came back the next day and extended our holiday for three more nights. We truly wanted to spend more time in Kos, and especially at Aegean Houses.

Gaia Garden is a charming, down-to-earth hotel located in Lambi, a quiet area of Kos Town. So happy about this hotel. Amazing place! Amazing staff! Overall the best place ive been so far

This hotel has everything you need for perfect and relaxed vacation. We got upgrade to executive room with beautiful view and it really enhanced our stay - next time we would definitely book that room type. Pools are amazing, food is good, staff is very kind and polite, we felt very welcomed. If you have small children, there are two great playgrounds in this resort, our little girl really enjoyed. Hotel also has nice, mostly sandy beach, so you actually don't have to even leave the resort during your stay if you don't want to.

This is an amazing apartment, newly renovated, with smart technology. We loved our stay, its quite possibly the best apartment we've stayed in. We were in the second floor apartment, the one underneath will be lovely but don't think it will get any sun. The terrace and views over to Turkey were amazing. The terrace itself is big with sun loungers and a hot tub. We were there late summer meaning the sun was on the terrace until around 1pm only but that was fine as we worked around it. Really liked the open plan space, it worked well. Location is excellent with a 5 min walk to the harbour and 5 mins the other way to the beach. Brilliant restaurant downstairs owned by the same people. Good communication with rental company, they also booked us a taxi to the airport. Highly recommend, would definitely stay here if back in Kos town.
