The location is just back from the sea in a quiet street with parking spaces. The owners were very welcoming. Our room was big with modern fittings and bathroom, and lots of thoughtful facilities - water in the fridge, crockery, cutlery, tea/coffee/kettle/briki and little food gifts (herbs and marmalade). They have really thought about the comfort of the guests. There was air conditioning, and a table/chairs and clothes drying rack on the balcony.

I would recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants to visit Volos. We've been here twice and it did not disappoint. It's spacious, reasonably secluded but still very close to the beach. There is air conditioning in every room but the kitchen and bathroom. The property has two toilets which is great. The kitchen is stocked with most of the utensils you need. Parking is not a problem.

Perfectly clean! Well equipped studio with all the amenities you’ll need, comfortable bed and nice furnished balcony for evening relaxation. The bathroom is on a small side, but serves the purpose. Common area for hanging out with friends and barbecue in the back yard. Plenty of space for parking in shade in the front of the house. Quick access to the beach on foot through the small neighborhood streets. Perfect place for relaxing vacation. Definitely would recommend.

It was just perfect. The apartment designed to a very high standard. Lovely comfortable bedroom and spacious bathroom. Beautiful views from the large terrace. Breakfast was a joy. Wonderful start to our day.

Very relaxing, clean, helpful staff, romantic settings, close to the beach. A very quaint beach location that feels away from the crowds. Bathing in the see was superb.

You can't see from the pictures how beautiful it really is. The hosts are very welcoming and prompt in requests. The location has a private beach equipped with sun loungers and olive trees that provide shade and is perfect spot to relax . The room was spacious with enough closets for storage. The kitchen is clean and equipped with everything you need to cook. Meals can be served on the terrace of the room or in the yard.
