We had a room with tre private pool and we loved it. The pool was big enough to swimn around a bit. The view was amazing

A flawless 10/10 experience! Our stay was nothing short of incredible. There’s something about this hotel that made my husband and I feel completely safe and at ease. It struck the perfect balance of being both welcoming and private. The entire property was spotless and so serene. We especially loved the hot tub—having our own space made it even more enjoyable. We were so impressed that we ended up booking a second stay. The breakfast was delicious, and the private beach was stunning. The location is ideal—close to the airport, fine dining, and great shopping. I wholeheartedly recommend this place in every way. We’ll definitely be back soon!

We had a wonderful stay at the Palms Concept Hotel. The facilities are wonderful, we stayed in one of the new suites with a private pool and it was amazing. The room was so spacious and modern and the view from the room amazing. The decor of the hotel is very modern and clean, it’s clear a lot of effort has gone in and continues going into making it high level. All of the staff were very helpful especially Irene. It’s a 15 minute walk to Anthony Quinn Bay and Ladiko Beach and 25 minutes walking into the centre of Faliraki or just five minutes by car. Next door there is a lovely restaurant called Pavo just a few minutes walking. It’s far enough from the hustle and bustle to feel peaceful with great views of the sea but also close enough that restaurants, beaches and activities are very easy to get to, a great mix. If we returned to Rhodes we would stay again.

The apartment is spacious and nicely furnished. The terrace is very beautiful. The jacuzzi is perfect for two people – we used it every evening. The location of the apartment is ideal – peaceful and quiet, yet close to restaurants, shops, and the beach. Breakfasts are tasty, fresh, and plentiful, always delivered to the room at the agreed time. The biggest asset of this place is the exceptionally friendly service. Additionally, you receive a 20% discount at what we consider the best restaurant in Faliraki – Desert Rose. Just remember to reserve a table for dinner, as the place can get crowded.

Melina and her husband were the best people I have ever had the pleasure to deal with on all my travels. Went out of their way to assist and make sure we were comfortable and happy. Pros - change towels and clean room every morning. Change sheets every second day. Provide free breakfast. Provide free drinks in room. 5 min. walk to the beach. Great restaurants within 5 mins. Great bar across the street for drinks.

Beautiful architecture, well-insulated rooms with stunning views of the sea bordering the hotel. Plenty of closets and drawers for storage. Lovely spacious bathroom.The swimming pool is spacious, with unique tiling—immaculately clean and large. There are plenty of comfortable loungers, and guests also have the option to relax on the beach by the sea, where beautiful beds are provided as well. The cherry on top is the restaurant, where you can enjoy an extensive breakfast each morning: a buffet featuring, among other things, an oven with warm croissants, and the option to order à la carte as well. The view is enchanting. In the evening, the menu offers a wide selection of delicious dishes, all freshly prepared and superbly seasoned by the exceptionally talented Yiannis. Our hostess Samanta also deserves a round of applause—knowledgeable and confident, she consistently provides excellent advice on both food and drinks. I rarely take the time to review hotels, despite staying in them about 120 nights a year, but this one is undoubtedly a standout. If I had to mention one minor point of criticism, it would be the recurring playlists in the restaurant—though, to be fair, they consist of very enjoyable and high-quality music. — Dirk
