Rooms are very spacious, clean and modern. The pool is fantastic and the view point / BBQ area blew my mind! I truly enjoyed every minute staying at Fio’s and Sime went above and beyond to make my time in Hvar as memorable as possible. Perfect location, close to the main town and beach’s just a short walk away. I will most definitely be back. I can not recommend this place enough.

Located 450 metres from the pebbly Pokonji Dol Beach in the town of Hvar, Apartments Pera offers air-conditioned accommodation with free Wi-Fi, satellite TV and a patio. The apartment was very clean, cozy, luminous and well equipped. Josipa is extremely friendly and reliable, she helped us with everything we needed. We had a confortable stay and we would not hesitate to come back.

If you like admire stunning panorama view from your terrace or from the jakuzzi with a glass of croatian wine or just admire the stars and listen the songs of cicadas this is YOUR place! One day we will return, I hope verry soon.

We stayed in Stari Grad the last two nights of our 8 days in Croatia and it was by far the best stop on our trip. The Villa was amazing with a few of the water and the room was very clean and comfortable.

He greeted us with olives, ham and cheese plate, delicious domestic wines and grappa. The apartment is wonderful, spacious, with an awesome view of the harbor. We could allow ourselves to spend a day inside because of the vibe of this place, and didn’t feel like we ‘need’ to go anywhere. If you’re with car, everything is pretty close, otherwise you can rent bikes or scooters. The centre/port is approximately 10 minutes on foot. Can’t wait to be back! 🤟🏼

Very nice and calm location, there is a good restaurant nearby and it’s only 10minutes by car to Hvar center. Kitchen is fully equipped, everything is new, outside area with jacuzzi is amazing to relax. And Milan with Marina are super nice hosts who recommended us what to do in Hvar and even made some reservations for us! Would definetely come back here next time!
