Staff very friendly and accommodating. Staff gave us really good recommendations for excellent Hungarian restaurants within walking distance. Jacuzzi and sauna on top had great views of the city.

Their restaurant Flava is sooo good.Location is close to other top notch restaurants as well and a fountain where kids can play. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Great customer service. The staff never fails to impress you from the beginning of your stay until the very last minute you leave. I was welcomed very warmly as always, waited just for a few minutes (while having their exceptional coffee!) to get into my room which was upgraded thanks to the kindness of the good people at the reception. I had already mentioned in my previous reviews the overall design, silence and comfort of the property, as well as its very central location, and I would like to highlight them all again. If you are staying at least 2-3 days, choose this hotel, buy a Budapest Card (available 24 to 120 hours) and enjoy unlimited rides to buses, trams and metro from the stops that are only minutes away from the building! Overall, Memories Old Town is amongst the top hotels I have ever stayed in, and I will always remember the natural kindness of the staff and my time and memories in Budapest with a smile!

Beautiful hotel, so central, easy to walk everywhere from, great breakfast, quiet, clean, safe, comfortable.

The location is brilliant - the hotel is located within minutes' walk from the Parliament, Sechenyi bridge, St Istvan basilica and Vaci street. Breakfast is good, rooms are warm and comfortable. There is no noise from street as windows look inside the building (though that might be a problem for people with claustrophobia).
