The breakfast was exceptional and the staff was extraordinary. the chefs and the servers and everyone was like a family in just few hours. it was truly home away from home and everyone was genuine and superb. room was extraordinary and facilities. i left my heart there and miss every moment. i really wish i can go there again and each time ill choose this hotel. their Saturday brunch was also amazing. Room service was quick and food was great. loved every moment.

The dining area was very nice with a great selection for all tastes and nationallities. The staff show pride in their work and it really does make a difference. We cannot rate this hotel enough and if we were ever in Jakarta again, would definitely stay here. Keep up the good work!

It was a great experience.. wonderful hotel in all aspects.. Cleanliness, breakfast is very varied.. Room service.. the connection to the mall is a beautiful thing.. I can't believe what happened to me as I was surprised by a gift of a toy from housekeeping for my son and a message indicating their happiness with my presence..I've been touched by the kind gesture. about the breakfast, you will never be confused.. as they have all kinds of food.. They showed me that this hotel is worth coming back many times. The food tasted amazing, the staff was so lovely and took care of each detail, the room was spacious and the view was amazing. I would recommend this hotel for everyone. They literally took care of everything for me. There are no minuses
